BACK TO NORMAL

Well everything is back to normal, Christmas decorations put away for another year and craft things coming out again.

I am making the year 2010 the year that I get to my target weight. At the beginning of 2009 when I first started the journey of my weight loss and have lost 3st 4lbs so just another 21lbs to go.

On New Years eve I sat and reflected how I had felt just a year ago and I felt so much better, health wise and confident. A big thank you to all who have supported me. Special thanks must go to Susan Halton my slimming world consultant, who makes you feel so good and gives you the encouragement to carry on. Thanks Susan your a star.

Well that's all for now, going to make some beefburgers, thought I better start doing some homemade food instead of all this virtual cooking on face book.

    A big well done to you Lorraine I know how hard it is to loose weight I'm sure you will get to your target this year. Glad to hear you have your decorations away I have taken all mine down today and back at work tommorrow so life returns to normal. Hope to see you soon.
