BIRTHDAY CARD

I have used the same stamp that I used on the card for Tracey. I really like this stamp, I hadn't used it for ages and forgot how much I liked it.

I have used the papers that are bo bunny, I have used a Martha Stewart boarder punch and lilac flowers to match the dress which I have painted with distress inks(dusty concord).

Sorry it is a short post but I have got lots of birthdays in March and April so really busy, as every one now expects a handmade card now.

WHIFF OF JOY CHALLENGE 68









This is my card for the Whiff Of Joy challenge. It is very similar to a previous card I have blogged because I love the stamp and lilac is my favourite color. This time I have added some green flowers and pearl gems.

BIRTHDAY CARD

This photograph is not very clear, but wanted to share the card with you.

I have printed a silhouette of the footballer on photo paper then printed again on printable acetate and over laid it. It is then matted and layered on black and gold card. The papers I have used are dovecraft.

I cannot take the credit for this design it was shown to me by my cousin Lorraine, thank you.

QUICK POST

Just a quick blog, I took my granddaughter Ieasha with me to RWS group this afternoon and this is the card she made.

She has never painted with distress inks before so thought it is very good for a first attempt. Ieasha has asked me to thank Tracey for letting her come to the group and to Margaret for the gems which she put on the card.

Well done Ieasha and I had a lovely afternoon.
